The most common mistake while waiting for a withdrawal is trying to remember events afterwards. If you keep a record from the first day of the delay, both the brand's support team and your complaint will move much faster.
Check these first
- What processing time do the site's own rules state (e.g. “within 24 hours”, “3 business days”)? Take a dated screenshot of that text.
- Is your account verified? Many sites require KYC before the first withdrawal; is there a pending document request?
- Is there an active bonus or unfinished wagering requirement? That can block withdrawals; check the terms.
- Is the withdrawal method the same as the deposit method? Some sites require this.
Record keeping: what and when
On the day of the request
- Request ID, amount, currency and withdrawal method
- The date and time the request was submitted
- A screenshot of the “pending / processing” status with the time visible
- Your account balance at the time of the request
While waiting
- The date of each support conversation and the answer given (download the chat transcript or screenshot it)
- Status changes: cancelled, reversed, extra documents requested
- Whether the request was cancelled and returned to your balance
- Emails and text messages sent to you
Step-by-step escalation
Wait out the stated time
Wait until the processing time the site states has passed and note it. If none is stated, 2-3 business days is a reasonable first threshold.
Open a written ticket
Live chat logs can disappear. Email if possible and always include your request ID.
Ask concrete questions
“Which stage is my request at, is any document missing, what is the expected payment date?” Record vague answers too.
Publish a complaint
If there is no answer, or the timeline keeps being extended, create a complaint on BetSicil with your timeline and documents.
Consider the licensing authority
If the brand has a verified licence, the authority's complaint process is another route. Check its requirements on its own website.
Example support message
Hello, On [date and time] I requested a withdrawal of [amount and currency] via [method]. Request ID: [ID]. Your site states a processing time of [time], but the request still shows as “[status]”. My account is [verified / I sent the verification documents on date]. Please confirm in writing: 1. Which stage is the request at? 2. Is anything missing from my side? 3. What is the expected payment date? Thank you, [Your username]
What your complaint should include
- A short title that describes what happened without accusations, such as “Withdrawal pending for 10 days”.
- Events in date order: request, waiting, support replies.
- What you are asking for: the payment, a clear explanation, or to be told which document is missing.
- Put usernames, transaction IDs and account details in the evidence area, not in the public text.
