Publication principles

Every complaint published on BetSicil is the complainant's own account. These principles let us help people document their problem while staying fair to brands and third parties.

What we publish

We publish concrete problems with online casino and betting sites: delayed withdrawals, closed accounts, voided bonuses, identity verification (KYC), deposits not credited and similar. A complaint needs a real event, an understandable account and a link to the brand.

A published complaint is not a verdict. BetSicil does not confirm that the events happened; it makes visible who filed the case, when, and through which process.

Claims are kept apart from verified information

The complaint text is the user's claim and is shown as such. The legal entity, licence and domain details on the brand identity card are checked separately; each field shows a verified / not verified status and the date it was checked.

Evidence hashes and upload times are integrity records; they do not prove a document is genuine. Titles never contain accusations of crime or definitive verdicts (e.g. “scam”).

Content we do not publish

In these cases content is not published, a correction is requested, or the part is removed. Every decision has a reason code and is explained to you.

Personal data
Account numbers, ID details, phone numbers, addresses, names of third parties or personal details of brand staff.
Insults and threats
Insults, threats or hate speech against people or the brand.
Spam and advertising
Promotion of other sites, referral links, bulk or automated submissions.
Duplicates
The same event submitted again by the same person. Similar complaints from different users are not duplicates.
Insufficient information
Submissions where it is unclear what happened, when, and what was requested. We ask for more information first.
Off topic
Content unrelated to a casino or betting site, or that cannot be linked to the brand.

Editing after publication

If you edit a published account, a new version is created and reviewed. Until it is approved, the previously approved version stays public. If your personal data was published by mistake, file a withdrawal request from your account and say so; moderators can pause publication.

Brand replies and resolution

Verified brand representatives can post official replies. The response target is 14 days; this is a platform setting used for measurement and ratings, not a legal deadline.

A brand cannot mark a case resolved on its own; only the complainant decides. Silence from the complainant is not a resolution. Sponsorship or any commercial relationship does not change publication, ranking or closure decisions.
